about nina
hey beautiful human
i'm nina. a 29-year-old weirdo, quietly living in the middle of nowhere, figuring out what a meaningful life looks like.
who am i?
that's such a big question.
i love fresh-baked bread, eucalyptus, and the earthy scent after rain. i loop one song for hours while pacing and dreaming. sometimes i cry just because it feels good.
i can be the most social butterfly, yet my truest self shows up in solitude—headphones on, dancing alone, music loud. i work best at night, when the world is quiet and flow comes easy.
i love humans, even while spending most of my time in my own bubble. goofy, impulsive, but also still and observant.
motherhood is a dream for someday. for now, i've been on an intentional journey of inner work. two years of what some call monk mode—no income, no hustle, just the basics and space to figure out who i am without all the doing.
this site is where i share that experiment—creating space to live, breathe, and be ourselves in a busy world.
what i've done
before this intentional pause, i spent 8 years helping teams bring order to their ideas. i've worked everywhere from bigger companies to startups, but i always gravitate back to small teams. there's something about early-stage companies—where you can see your impact and everyone's figuring it out together—that feels right to me.
i've worked across marketing, operations and culture, connecting the dots so people can focus on the work only they can do.
all self-taught. learning whatever each project demanded.
see full work history →what i offer
i'm opening myself to purpose-led founders and startups where i feel aligned with their mission. places where my time matters more than money.
as a fractional chief of staff and running workshops—more on that on my hire me page.
truth is, i'm still figuring out my act of service. i'm a lifelong learner looking for my tribe of mentors while contributing what i know.
alongside that, i write hermit diaries, a weekly newsletter. field notes from this experiment of building a life that honors both solitude and service.
if you're curious about working together or simply want to say hi, i'd love to hear from you.
