I turned 30 in August. September feels like a reset: a weekly writing rhythm, reading again, building Pioneras en IA, reshaping The Harmony Labs, and reopening Instagram to find more community.
01
The daily writing project failed. I did not build the consistency I wanted, and forcing an essay every day was not a rhythm I could actually sustain.
What is working is Hermit Diaries. In September I am relaunching the effort around one newsletter every week. I will still write blog posts when I have something I want to explore, but I am no longer making daily publishing the measure of whether I am writing enough.
02
I launched Pioneras en IA, a Latin American community for women to adopt AI with more confidence, judgment, and agency.
pionerasenia.com. I want it to become a place to learn, build, share opportunities, and feel less alone while technology changes everything around us.
03
The Harmony Labs is reshaping from an AI studio into a coaching business model. The work is becoming much closer to how I actually want to help people: direction, AI adoption, systems, operations, and building.
I am very happy about the shift.
04
I am picking my reading habit back up. More books, philosophy, psychology, and long form ideas. Less consuming everything through a feed.
05
I reopened Instagram after being away from it. @ninaouthere will be the more personal side of my presence online, and a way to meet people who would never find ninaverse through LinkedIn.
LinkedIn is becoming more focused on Pioneras en IA and the work I am building around women, AI adoption, and leadership.

I turned 30 on August 19. I am entering this decade wanting more life, more community, more learning, and fewer systems built around proving that I can do everything at once.
